Physical and esoteric “body work”. For the optimal balance and healing, our physical body has to be treated for physical, emotional, energetic, and psychological pains and aches, and our Spirit has to be treated for the same issues including the physical body's pains and aches. Healing is an art, and a two step process. Step one involves you seeking help and being fully open to discovering your own potential and ability to heal. Step two involves me, and requires that I will not participate in your healing process, but work on developing a relationship that empowers you to heal.
