We began publishing books in 1990. At that time Joseph Cowles, the owner of Event Horizon Press was making books by hand. If you manage to find any copies of the early books, they are truly a collector's item. Now we are using print on demand. The same care is taken to design and create a memorable book for our authors. Every step from cover design to font selection to editing and proofing is taken with the same care as the original handmade books. If the author goes to the trouble of creating a piece of literature, whether it is a beach read thriller or investigative report, we honor that work with our best efforts.
