Exeter Pride is an entirely volunteer led organisation, made up of a board of nine elected trustees and a small, but dedicated volunteer committee. We have recently incorporated a Health Zone into Exeter Pride, supported by The Centre for sexual health. More information can be found at their facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/TheCentreDevon and website: http://thecentresexualhealth.org Our aim is to improve the visibility of LGBT people in Exeter and provide them, their families, friends and supporters with an opportunity to socialise and build strong networks. The wide range of events and entertainment on offer promote inclusivity, self-confidence and a sense of community in a supportive environment. We want to promote equality and diversity in the community, through a wide range of events and entertainment throughout the year. Pride is a wonderful opportunity for us to have pride in our vibrant and diverse city and for our city to have pride in us. Exeter Pride is committed to keeping Pride Day a FREE event for everyone in the LGBT communities and their families, friends and supporters. Exeter Pride wouldn’t be possible without the generous donations received and the fundraising efforts of so many local businesses and individuals.
