Since our founding in 2014, we’ve been delighted to hangout out with our favorite Richmond neighbors, doing workouts that strengthen and elongate the body. Combining yoga, Pilates, and gymnastics, our classes focus on decompressing the spine and stretching the muscles, allowing students to feel tall, strong, and graceful. Plus, we get to strike some awesome yoga poses while hanging out in Christopher Harrison’s AntiGravity® Hammocks. Whatever physical goals or workout aspirations individuals have, they can count on having a blast while learning the art of aerial fitness.
How To Get to Fighting Gravity Fitness
We are located on W. Cary Street in the "Fan" area, East of the Boulevard. There is parking on the street in front of the building or across the street in the "Main Street shopping Center" parking lot as well as parking in the back of the building. If you park in the rear you can come in through the back door. The Fighting Gravity Fitness sign is on our back door.

Fighting Gravity Fitness was opened June 2, 2014 by Audrey Bonafe' a fitness instructor that wanted to bring Anti-Gravity Fitness to the Richmond area. There are no other classes like it in the Richmond area. The studio offers Anti-Gravity Fundamentals 1 and 2, Zumba, Barre Tone, Cardio Kick Butt, Yoga, Just Abs and personal training and small group personal training. Private Anti-Gravity classes are also offered for a group of your friends. The studio can also be rented out for special events like parties, receptions, or reunions.
