We are located in the south and west ends of downtown, as well as in the NW quadrant of Calgary - near the Foothills Hospital and the University of Calgary. We pride ourselves on exceptional executive quality apartments and furnishings, at affordable prices, ranging from $2100 to $2900 per month, all inclusive.

First Choice Suites is a medium-sized furnished executive suite company in operation in Calgary since 1999. Recognizing the need for quality furnished accommodations in other centers; a Kelowna luxury home was purchased and made available to guests in January 2008. Check out www.kelownahousewithaview.com. In March 2010, a fully furnished condo in a resort-like setting was purchased in the prestigious Scottsdale Ranch area of Scottsdale, Arizona, located in the greater Phoenix area. This condo overlooks a pool and the complex is on a man-made lake. All of these properties cater to vacation rental guests as well as those relocating, on temporary work assignments, family reunions and weddings, and other corporate housing needs.
