FitChick Foundation NQ was founded by Libby Henderson. Libby has a long background of personal & group fitness in the US but a serious car accident in 2003 derailed her journey and sent her home to Australia for rest and rehabilitation. Libby is passionate about dance, fitness, daily movement, nutrition and photos. She lives and breathes a daily motto of "everything in moderation". With a young family at home, Libby understands the challenges of balancing fitness with family and work. Libby is also a qualified Dance Instructor and teaches several classes around North Queensland with QueenB Burlesque. In her spare time, Libby is also completing her Cert III & IV in Fitness. Our package includes: 1. Progress Photos at Check in (every 4 weeks) 2. A Progress report after every check in detailing your weight & measurement progress to help keep you on track 3. Monthly action shots taken during a workout 4. Glamour photo shoot before competition 5. Photo coverage during competition (subject to the organisers rules) 6. Photo shoot after competition with medals 7. All images provided to you in high & low resolution on a USB as yours to keep at the end of your journey 8.
