Food Evolution is the newest of WOW! Hospitality's lineup of amazing restaurants... NOW OPEN! Food Evolution is a "retro-modern" restaurant where recipes of days gone by meet the latest cooking technologies & techniques, and where new creations are given that old fashion honesty that only fresh ingredients sourced locally can provide. Executive Chef Michael Dacquisto & Chef du Cuisine Beau Schell have created a menu that is sure to please everyone, from the casual park goer to the destination diner. We also have a 'quick service café' that will offer "wood fired" pizza by-the-slice, soft serve ice cream, specialty coffees AND MORE!
