My business is made to cater to your fitness needs. Whether you're an athlete looking to improve performance, or you're just trying to get into better shape, I want to help you meet your goals. There are four ways we can train together: 1. I currently work at Anytime Fitness Maple Grove, Oakville. If you are a member of this facility I can train you there. It's a fantastic facility with very affordable rates. 2.For those of you who are already at a gym, but want an affordable trainer, I'll come to you! The cost of a day-pass to get into your gym will simply be included in the training fee, no extra charge. 3. If you aren't a member of a gym, but have your own workout equipment at home, I'll come to you! 4. If you aren't a member of any gym, and have no gym equipment, I have my own home gym we can train out of. Please contact me to find out about hourly rates, and payment options.
