FIT Family Toowoomba is a functional, child friendly, group fitness facility. We specialise in creating a welcoming, homely environment for people of all ages and fitness levels to enjoy exercise whilst improving their fitness, achieving their goals and empowering each other towards their desired destination. We offer the right support and motivation to help you achieve faster results. Our point of difference to other businesses alike is that we have many programs with various times available daily for added convenience. All sessions are held within our newly renovated, fully self contained gym and your even able to bring your children along at no extra cost. Children who come along to sessions will have just as much fun as you will with our fully self contained indoor play centre. We don't believe in overworking our clients and training them so hard that they can't continue their journey, rather we gradually ease our clients into exercise and slowly build their tolerance. We pride ourselves on results and offer around the clock support to help you obtain your goals. FIT Family also offers many activities outside of boot camp including social events, indoor netball, outdoor activities such as table top/bush walks and team building group exercises that participate in many fun and exciting events such as obstacle courses and fun runs, plus much more. We are not just another fitness group. We are a group of dedicated individuals who are committed to achieving our goals and thrive on empowering each other to sustain a healthy lifestyle.
