Joanna Richardson Dip Reflexology, MAR. Reflexology is a gentle and relaxing natural therapy that has been in use since ancient times. Every part of the body has a corresponding reflex on the feet and by applying pressure to these reflexes it is possible to generate a response in the body. There is now research showing the detrimental effects stress can have on your body and your health and wellbeing. Reflexology is a lovely way to alleviate some of that stress. I have been practising reflexology in Nailsea since 2003 and have seen it's many benefits on the wellbeing of my own family and clients. I have done further training since qualifying, undertaking courses with Lynne Booth, Tony Porter and Dwight Byers. It is a source of constant amazement to me that there are so many ways to maximise your wellbeing through your feet! I am always happy to discuss the benefits reflexology may have for you if you are not sure. However the best way to find out is to try it! A treatment takes about 50 minutes and costs £35.
