Taco Truck- Check Schedule In-house dinners: For a party of 4-20 people in your house or suggested facility. Your choice of menu/theme/ethnicity or let me wing it w/ 3-12 course menu plan to your liking based on budget, allergens, likes, dislikes etc. Catering/buffet style: We consult and devise a menu based on budget, allergens/likes/dislikes etc for up to 300 people and at the latest of 10 days out from your scheduled event. I'm able to accommodate larger parties with more advanced notice. Pasta/Omelette/Fajita/Nacho Bars: From 25-150 people. This is efficient as a come and go gathering...not if people are expecting to eat all at once. Let's consult and discuss more details!! Drop off: Same type of format as catering/buffet style, but I drop off disposable pans with food, utensils etc. For parties of 15-50 and just a few days notice is required.
