In 2010, my passion became a career, and I have proudly been the face of Results PT. Since then, I have been a driving force behind many transformations and success stories. Partnerships with my clients have seen them achieve health and fitness goals beyond their wildest dreams. I have spent years learning successful nutrition and exercise principles and will very soon have completed my full Health Coaching certification with Institute of Integrative Nutrition New York. In addition to my PT and Bootcamp services, in 2014 I will be introducing coaching packages focusing on Simple, Everyday, Wellness. Working with individuals, families, community organisations, fitness and leisure centres, and workplace environments. It's now time to take health and fitness to a higher level, it's time to Get Real.
