Good. To Go. is a campaign brought to you by The Health Trust, a San Jose-based non-profit working to create healthy communities in Santa Clara and Northern San Benito Counties. The Health Trust partners with vendors including Fresh Carts, Corner Stores, and Farmers' Markets in residential neighborhoods. These vendors sell fresh produce, fun snacks, and fast ready-made meals that also happen to be healthy. Find a Good.
