Grant Barlow has over 15 years’ experience as a qualified personal trainer and movement coach. With a philosophy of helping clients move better tomorrow than today, Grant passion is not just to improve people physically, but mentor them to live their best life. Co-owner of The Warehouse for 3 years, an all-inclusive training facility, Grant trains a diverse range of clients, from elite athletes, to the more senior person looking to improve mobility and achieve better quality health. As a strong believer in quality nutrition and organic living to foster optimal performance, Grant is also co-owner of local business, All Good Thing Organic Market. Grant has always had a love of all sport and fitness. A former Wollongong Wolves professional soccer player, he has since transitioned into Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and currently holds a purple belt.
