We have an incredible group of volunteers and fosters dedicated to saving Pyrs and Pyr Mixes in need of rescue. We could not help them without you. GPRO is devoted to saving Great Pyrenees and Pyrenees mixes in kill shelters, owner surrenders, and working with local authorities to help Pyrs at-risk for physical/mental injury, cruelty or abandonment. All of our Pyrenees and Pyrenees mixes are adopted out as companion animals only. We are umbrellaed under National Great Pyrenees Rescue, a 501c3 not for profit organization. GPRO is run by volunteers with funds provided by donations and adoption fees.
