Handy Sam's Essential Services Based in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide, my core structure is to assist any and all individuals with their every day needs. It’s amazing how fast time can fly and how little time is left at the end of each day, to enjoy our own peace and quiet. My name is Sam and I am a 28 year old female who loves to laugh and meet new people from all walks of earth. I suffer from OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) predominately with hygiene and cleaning. Despite struggling to understand this during my younger years, today it has enabled me to discover what good qualities it can bring me and those around me. Aside from a friendly new face and someone to rely on, I also offer the following services. - Cleaning (re-organizing and de-cluttering) - Babysitting (children and pets) - House-sitting (Planning a holiday soon?) - Pet Walking (They love the exercise as much as I do) - End of Lease Cleans (Stress Free Exits) - Grocery Shopping / Cooking - Laundry Washing / Folding / Ironing - Personal request can also be made and discussed further. Police Clearance Held. Price: $25-30ph dependant on services required. This covers my travel expenses in order to attend service location. Payment Structure: Cash in hand is preferred but direct deposit details can be provided. Available Times – Monday/ Tuesday/Wednesday/ Friday 8.30am to 3.00pm (weekends can be scheduled however additional cost may be included depending on the services requested). Payment Structure: Payment can be made via cash or direct bank deposit. Receipt of transaction will be supplied upon client request.
