My name is Janet Rowe, owner and practitioner of Health and Natural Lifestyles where it was voted for four years in a row from 2009-2012 as Best Alternative/Complimentary Clinic by Consumers Choice Awards. I practice various modalities to help heal people using alternative therapies inclusive of mental, emotional, spiritual and physical therapies. These therapies range from herbs, vitamins, minerals, homeopathy, oils, and exercises. I use a microscope to analyze the patient’s blood using alternative theories to reveal the physical issues that are happening or that they are experiencing. I then suggest remedies, exercise, and nutrition to help them heal themselves. I use two kinds of Iridology to confirm what is seen in the blood, and shed more light on inherited issues, damage extent, and physiological issues, psychological issues such as depression, abuse and mental awareness. I also look briefly at the tongue and pulse as in Traditional Chinese medicine, revealing organs, heat/cold, and meridian energy imbalances. Combined with communication, these techniques provide accuracy in review of the whole person. Besides Live and Dried blood analysis, and Iridology, I am trained in Nutrition and the effects on the body, providing patients with an array of food lists, for dealing with the nutritional aspects of the issues they are dealing with, and providing guidance in helping them with menu planning and a few recipes, upon request. Then to soothe those aches and pains we have Rife therapy available which uses vibrational frequencies of electricity to kill of various components of disease and disorders, and stimulates the body to heal. If there is emotional and spiritual issues I am trained and experienced in Reiki, Katharic Healing, Channeling, meditation, Chakra and Energy clearing, using Essential Oil therapy, Touch for Health Massage therapy, and pressure point and meridian clearing. These therapies can and sometimes combined with crystals, Rife, light, sound and color therapy.
