I offer Doula services for Antenatal, Labour/Delivery, Postpartum and Bereavement. I have experience with, multiple births, preemie births, miscarriage and infant loss, NICU and bedrest during pregnancy. I am LGBTQ friendly. As a Doula I will offer you emotional and physical support during your pregnancy, labour and postpartum. I can assist in pain management, relaxation, breastfeeding, etc. The use of a Doula can lead to: 50% reduction in the cesarean rate 25% shorter labor 60% reduction in epidural requests 40% reduction in oxytocin use 30% reduction in analgesia use 40% reduction in forceps delivery The labour/delivery package includes: 1-2 prenatal visits to discuss your birth plans Unlimited contact 3 weeks before and 2 weeks after your due date Continuous support during your labour/deliver, and will stay with you up to 2 hours after the birth of your baby 1-2 postpartum visits ro discuss your birth, help with breastfeeding, chores, childcare, etc. $850 Antenatal or Postpartum Help: I can come help you either before baby comes (especially if you are on bedrest) or after baby comes (I can then help with breastfeeding, chores, childcare, etc) $30/hour or $35/hour for overnight
