The Host Family Home Program is part of Community Living Greater Sudbury. We are a fulfilling alternative to group home living. It allows an adult who experiences life with a developmental disability to become a thriving member of his or her community. We seek a variety of families or individuals who will welcome amazing personal rewards that becoming a Host Family can provide. Our goal is to locate, match-up and assist both parties to grow as a family and into a home that embodies the true family spirit.
