Frequently Asked Questions and conditions of entry 1. What security is in place? 2 Police Officers (minimum), 6 Security Officers and approximately 20 volunteer parents / teachers. Police Liason Officers may or may not be in attendance. 2. Are pass outs allowed or not? No pass outs are allowed unless the parents / guardians come to the door to collect their child. Normal Disco Hours are 7pm till 11pm. Doors may open early at 6:30pm (however the disco will not start till 7pm). 3. Who is allowed to go? What ages? What schools? All Australian High School or ATC students aged 12 to 17 are allowed to attend. Students must be from grades 8 – 12. All students must bring their Student ID. If you don’t have a student ID, you will need your parents or guardians to drop you off with a contact number in case of an emergency.. 4. How much is it? Tickets are $10.00 5. Where do you buy the tickets? Can I purchase food inside the venue? Yes, there is a canteen that will provide drinks and snacks throughout the night. There are also two drink coolers for free water. 7. Other information: No caps, belts with metal buckles, sharp objects, weapons, chewing gum, etc. All students will be searched before they enter the building by a security officer. All bags must be surrendered to security upon entry. Appropriate clothing must be worn. (All patrons are requested to dress modestly and to be fully clothed at all times). 8. Alcohol policy. Strictly no patrons are to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the venue. You may be breath tested upon entry or during the night. 9. School Property Strictly no loitering on school property. Please use the entrance via Ross River Road before and after the event.
