Our Wellness Team consists of Certified Yoga Teachers and a Certified Holistic Nutritionist who offer private/group nutritional consulting sessions, all levels yoga classes, free monthly community meditation and SatSung gatherings, health & wellness programs, workshops & local/international yoga retreats, plus much more. From beginner to advanced yogi we welcome you into our classes and workshops as we offer a wide range of styles that include hatha, kundalini, yin, restorative, vinyasa, pre/postnatal, core, and candlelight yoga. We specialize and create programs that infuse yoga, fitness, nutrition, sweat, laughter and mindfulness, which will improve your health, positivity and well being by decreasing stress, weight, depression, anxiety and insomnia. Our Mission is IGNITE your passion and creative potential by creating a happier, healthier YOU! Our Vision is to work towards a conscious community that inspires, uplifts and motivates each other to live their Dharma and Self Purpose.
