Description

Improv Kingston has been operating in Kingston Ontario since 2011. For the past five years we have been teaching improv to people of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you are interested in performing in a theatre production and want to sharpen your acting skills; looking to improve your public speaking skills; want to boost your self confidence or increase the flow of creative ideas taking one of our classes is one of the most powerful moves you can make. Our teacher Dan Walmsely is a veteran of the Toronto improv scene. Dan has studied at the Second City and Theatresports/Bad Dog Theatre. He has several adult learning and facilitation accreditatations and is called upon by anyone who needs to sharpern their skills. He has been hired by professional actors, improv troupes and theatre companies to increase the quality of their craft. Dan has produced over ten improv shows in Kingston since 2011 and the quality of these performances speak for themselves. As one person put it, 'I have paid a lot more to see improv not half this good'.
