Company Program is one of Junior Achievement's flagship programs geared towards high school students.
Company Program is an exciting hands-on program that allows students the opportunity to experience the risks and rewards of entrepreneurship by starting and operating an after-school business. Students are the main decision makers as they collaborate with professional volunteer consultants to solve real business challenges and develop leadership skills. From raising money to start their venture, through production and sales to liquidating their company, students participate in the full life cycle of a business.
