The Kaizen Business Group represents a membership of small – medium size businesses who embrace by the philosophy of working for the mutual benefit each member firm to ensure that the needs of their client are met.

Each business represented must exhibit a commitment to delivering a high quality service, a client first approach and a determination to increase their knowledge to improve and evolve their business. This is done through: Referrals Contacts Business Knowledge Business Development The Kaizen Business Group meets fortnightly over breakfast from 7.00 am – 8.30 am. Attending these breakfasts on a regular basis is considered to be a mandatory commitment to the Kaizen Business Group. In addition to the breakfast, it is encouraged that member firms liaise on a one on one basis with the view of establishing strategic alliances.
