Mice work their way through holes made to accomodate water, sewer, propane pipes and power lines underneath the trailer. Once inside, the damage will begin. We undercoat the entire under carriage of your trailer or RV with a natural essential oil that repels mice from entering through these holes. Mice have a very acute sense of smell. The scent of natural essential oils are overwhelming to the mice, and drive them away. This non-drip oily coating is much too slippery to travel across.
