Providing Massage Therapy services at 375 Ward Road, Greenwood and Annapolis Valley Wellness Centre, Kingston
I graduated from the ICT Northumberland College of Massage Therapy program in 2012. There I was trained in various techniques that can promote relaxation, relieve stress and tension or achieve a more therapeutic result such as increase range of motion, break up scar tissue or help relieve pain and discomfort. Since graduating I have learned that everyone responds differently to treatment, techniques that work for one may not work well for another, therefor my approach for treatment is different for everyone. I enjoy learning new techniques to improve my practice and to further benefit my clients.
