Kayla is a creative and unique soul with a passion for healthy living. She has been a practicing yoga student for the past 10 years and is currently studying with Bobby Bessey and Meaghan Burridge to complete her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. Yoga is a very important part of Kayla's daily life, practicing asana, meditation and pranayama with her whole family. "I feel like yoga has made such a profound and positive influence in my life and I want to share it with everyone." She enjoys all kinds of yoga from soothing yin classes to hot yoga to fast paced dynamic flow, and is always looking to try new classes and yoga experiences. She is currently teaching gentle yoga and likes to incorporate guided meditation and breath consciousness into her classes. When Kayla is not teaching or practicing yoga she can be found preparing delicious healthy meals, out exploring nature with her family or cuddled up with her kitties and dog, drinking tea and knitting.
