Kiddicott Farmhouse Exeter is in traditional spacious 4 Star Bed and Breakfast, giving guests their own dining room overlooking the gardens and orchard. We are only ten minutes from Junction 30 off the M5, the A30 and very close to Westpoint Exhibition Centre, Sandy Park Conference Centre, the Met Office, Sowton and Marsh Barton Business Parks and Exeter Airport. All the bedroom accommodation has rural views, with en-suite bathrooms together with all the usual complimentary comforts. We have plenty of secure parking and can easily accommodate horse and boat trailers.

Names of properties at the beginning of this lane. Travel to very end of the lane and bear left around the bend into Kiddicott Farm yard.
