The Kingston Association of Museums, Galleries, and Historic Sites, Inc. (KAM) is a not-for-profit, collaborative group of member institutions, heritage organizations and cultural community professionals from the Kingston region.

The Union Gallery is a non-profit organization committed to increasing awareness and appreciation of contemporary visual arts. The gallery is staffed by arts professionals who work in conjunction with a Board of Directors, which consists of Queen's art students and arts professionals from the university and community. The gallery is open to the public on a regular basis (Tues-Sat. 11-4:30pm.) and everyone is encouraged to attend gallery events and programs. As well as showcasing university student artists, the gallery presents the work of professional artists with regional, national and international profiles. The program intent is to provide a venue for the presentation of contemporary art, encouraging original, collaborative and experimental ideas and provide a forum for the exchange of information concerning contemporary art practices.
