Ok.... Try this one on for size- a game of 1000! (Time yourself, so you can improve each time, even if only by a few seconds) - do not move onto the next set of reps until you finish the one you're on :) ... This is a burner! 100 burpees 100 sumo squats 100 push ups (do as many on your toes as you can to start with) 100 bicycle crunches 100 plyo metric lunges 100 triceps dips 100 second wall sit 100 hip raises 100 mountain climbers 100 second plank If you want just a tad more a 20 minute run or 30 minute bike ride.... Burning!!! A friend gave me thus a little a while ago & told me to try it on, but back then it was only 20 of each, here's what I've got to & this is where the bar stays for you my friend :) now let's burn!!!!
