The Lather Nashville Team - Daryl Woods, Featured Stylist and Owner of Lather Nashville can easily be described as a true “renaissance man”. Combine Daryl’s entrepreneurial spirit, education and corporate experience with a background in music, modeling as well as fitness and you will understand why his expertise has lead to his popularity as a Stylist and Certified Life Coach for clients who have celebrated success in radio, television and film. Daryl is a graduate of the University of North Alabama with an academic background in Social Work and Psychology. He is also a Certified Life Coach as well as a Certified Cosmetology Specialist. Daryl grew up in the Muscle Shoals area of North Alabama where he was able to watch many artist become music legends. That life experience fueled his passion to leave a successful corporate career in Nashville and go back to school to follow a creative path in Cosmetology. Daryl started working with clients on Nashville’s legendary “Music Row” and quickly built an extremely notable clientele. Daryl’s clients include winners of Dove Awards, ACM’s, CMA’s and Grammy’s. Daryl also works with aspiring young women who compete for and have held the titles of Miss America & Miss USA and most recently his clients have been seen on the ABC hit show, “Nashville”. He also works extensively with artists from Nashville to Los Angeles, looking to re-direct their career, image or empower their personal life. Ric Brewer, Featured Stylist at Lather Nashville. Ric attended the Paul Mitchell School where He studied under Scott Cole. After graduating he gained experience by working on the set of independent films and doing print work. He worked at a few different salons in Atlanta before finding his home at Maria Heckscher’s Salon, where he worked for almost 10 years. Recently transplanted to Nashville, Ric is excited about this new chapter. He loves cutting and coloring both men and women's hair. Ric is also very skilled at Keratin Treatment applications.
