Terms & Conditions Launceston Mobile Car Wash is a professional vehicle washing service that exercises the utmost care with customer’s cars however, given the varying degree of vehicle conditions we will not be responsible for: - Pre-existing damage whatsoever - Windscreen adhered accessories (E-tags, sat-nav aids, mirrors etc...) - Valuables left in vehicle - Cracked or chipped windows including tints - Oxidised, chipped, blistered or flaked paintwork - Modified or altered vehicles-including wheels or poorly fitted aftermarket accessories incl. number plate frames - Automatic door locks, kill switches or alarms - Cracked or faulty, bonnet, windshield, headlight protectors, loose mudflaps, side skirts or bumpers - Antenna’s and roof racks - Faulty ignition, batteries, alarm keys or mechanical faults - Vehicle graphics - Faulty car wash equipment - Damage caused by excessive dirt on vehicle Vehicles to be cleaned at your own risk Surcharges will apply for the removal of sand, grass seeds, pet hair, egg, tar, tree sap, sun cream, bird droppings or excessive bug residues. Although reasonable efforts are made, we cannot guarantee the removal of such items. Payment for services are due in full at time of service. In the interest of protecting personal belongings, areas such as boots, footwells, consoles etc. will not be cleaned unless empty. The customer accepts full responsibility for any damages or loss incurred to their vehicle whatsoever. If your vehicle has pre-existing damage kindly advise our staff in order for Launceston mobile car wash to take the necessary precautions. Please DO NOT lodge your claim with the car wash staff. Yes, you are required to book a service How do I book a service or make an inquiry? Bookings can be made via email, phone or text (sms). How long will it take for my vehicle to be cleaned? The washes may take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour subject to conditions of the vehicle. These times are approximate times only. Where will my vehicle be washed? We will take your vehicle to the nearest commercial car wash, we have chosen this option to keep costs down. These establishments are already set up to comply with local laws and regulations. How can I pay for the services requested? You can pay cash on completion of the job or we can supply you with direct credit details via an invoice (to be paid before commencement of the booking) Eftpos and credit card facilities are still being arranged. How much is it? $50 for a small car $60 for a sedan $70 for a 4WD up to 3 metres long At this stage we don't cater for larger vehicles. What is included? Hand wash Wheels and archers cleaned Chamois dry Inside and Outside windows cleaned Interior Vaccuum (seats/floor/mats/carpet) Dashboard and centre console dusted Deodorised Do you detail vehicles? We do not provide a detailing service, however we are happy to recommend a provider if this is what you require. What areas do you cover? There is no surcharge for all vehicles parked within 2km of Launceston CBD. 3-10 km's will incur a $5 surcharge. Outside of these areas we will endeavour to provide a service in your specified area on particular days, so everyone can benefit. Is the business fully insured? Yes, the business and the vehicles to be cleaned are fully insured with public liability comprehensive coverage CGU. Urgent or emergency calls/bookings. Yes, we can provide this service but a surcharge of $15 will apply within normal working hours - $50 outside of normal working hours. This clause applies both to general inquires and our regular customers. We prefer not to take such jobs as it may affect other confirmed bookings but extreme cases will be considered. What we don't or cannot do. We cannot and will not promise you a brand spanking new vehicle, however we will uncompromisingly endeavour to achieve our level best to transform your vehicle to its optimum best.
