Policies Wait Times We can estimate wait times over the phone. Wait times on weekdays are longest in the first two hours of the morning and the last hour of the day. Wait times are generally less in the late morning and early afternoon. We reserve the right to limit registration at the end of the day due to high patient volume. Strictly a Walk-In Medical Clinic We are strictly a walk in clinic and do not take appointments or register patients in a family practice. Valid Health Card A valid Canadian Health Card is required for all visits. If you do not have a valid Health Card at the time of your visit, you have the option to pay a $60.00 hold payment fee that will be refunded within 6 months if you provide evidence that you had valid health coverage at the time of your visit. Medications NOT Prescribed The following medications are NOT prescribed at the medical clinic.
