Luxe 9 is a family-fun absolute beach front house with 180° views of the coast of Ledge Pt.

Description

The house sleeps up to 10 and has 2 master bedrooms with private ensuites, one queen bedroom with semi-ensuite bathroom, a bunk room which sleeps 4 and a 4th bathroom/laundry. There are two indoor living areas, a home theatre with Foxtel/DVD and two balconies. Within the Ledge Pt Village, there is a pool, common room and tennis court. The house has 180° views of the coast line and is a short 60m walk to the water's edge. Coffees on the balcony in the morning watching the boats and dolphins are only topped by wine and cheese on the balcony at sunset! This is a terrific place for two families or a big group as there is lots of room to spread out in.

General Info

$225-$275 per night for 2 people (except for holidays and long weekends). Extra people are $30 per person per night. Maximum 10 people. $400 bond required per booking. Long weekends - 3 night min, Easter - 4 night min, Christmas/New Year - 5 night min (flexible on dates) Winter rates: 10% off from 14 May until 28 Sept.
