Welcome to Let Them Be Little Daycare. We are a family daycare registered with the Queanbeyan Family Daycare scheme. We have been operating since January 2016. I have a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) as well as an extensive background in early childhood education, including teaching in Early Learning Centres, Primary Schools, and Before and After School Care. Our daycare incorporates a play/inquiry based learning, inspired by Reggio Emilia, Montessori and RIE models. I strongly believe in developing secure attachments with the children and families in my care. This provides a foundation to foster confidence for exploration and learning at the child's own developmental pace. I have an interest in current research in child development and parenting models, including respectful/gentle/attachment parenting. I have my own children, 3 beautiful daughters along with my husband who all embrace our extended daycare family and children. Please PM me for any inquiries.
