Welcome to Lilia Greatrix Health, Fitness, Wellness and Life Lovingness :) This page is to help with and share healthy living tips to bring us all to our absolute best versions of ourselves. I'm just an ordinary girl, who lived a (less than) ordinary life...until I learned how rewarding life can be when you love yourself a little more each day. About me: I'm a mother, a childcare worker, a group exercise instructor with Goodlife Fitness, a partner, a friend, a foodie, a fun lover, a dreamer and a life enthusiast. Where I've been: Like many others, I've struggled to love myself, to feel comfortable in the skin that I'm in, and to tone down the self-criticism and judgement that was causing me to lose myself. For years, I struggled with life-threatening eating disorders, as well as depression. Hospitalised numerous times but only getting worse, I once felt as though I'd never escape the world of punishing body image...until one day I finally decided that I had had enough. It was a long journey, but I finally learned to love myself enough to fight to heal my body, not hurt it. My passion for exercise and healthy living grew from a very different place: one that would enrich me, not deplete me. I no longer look to the numbers on a scale to find my value, but in the love in my heart and strength in my mind. I also realized that if I can feel these things, other must also...but we can all live our most full, happy and purposeful lives together. We could just all use a little support! Where I want to be: The sky's the limit! But I know one thing for sure, the only way from here is up, and I want to bring everyone around with me :) To help others live more happy, healthy and full lives
