We specialise in all body waxing, facials, LED Light Therapy Facials, Manicures and Pedicures, Gel Application or just a beautiful OPI paint, Body Treatments,Full body Massages, Full Body Tans ( 5 Brands to choose from) Make up Application and Lash Extensions. Also we have many package options...see our website for details x CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS Please understand that ‘no shows’ and last minute cancellations disadvantage our small business enormously and we are constantly turning people away people who would like appointments, only for a cancellation or ‘no show’ to occur. Due to the extremely large increase in ‘no shows’ and last minute cancellations to our small business we have had to implement a Booking Policy. As a small business we pride ourselves on attention to detail & personalised service. We invest in our Therapists greatly, and spend a lot of time educating them. Our team members are paid regardless, and feel underappreciated when they have prepared for a treatment only to have an appointment cancel at the very last minute, or not turned up. • 1 day before your appointment an automated SMS will be sent to your mobile phone with your appointment time and date. If this does not suit your schedule please contact the salon. • If you need to cancel or change your appointment please CALL the salon 24 hours before your appointment if you have not confirmed one of our staff members will phone you personally to ask if you would still like to keep your appointment. • All appointments over 45mins will require a credit card number to hold your booking • Gift voucher numbers will need to be quoted at the time of booking. • We require 24 hours minimum notice for all cancellations or reschedules otherwise you forfeit 50% of your treatment cost. • If you need to reschedule your appointment we simply roll your deposit into your next treatment, and at the time of finalising your account you only pay the remainder.
