Linnea's Crystals Policies 1) Linnea's Crystals does not offer full refunds. Linnea's Crystals offers exchanges of equal or lesser value. If the latter is chosen, the remainder of the purchase will be put into store credit. 2) There is no expiration on store credit. 3) If your item was shipped and you send it back for an exchange, the credit does not include shipping charges. 4) If your item becomes damaged in your possession or in the mail, Linnea's Crystals will fix it for a fee. The fee depends on the item and the amount of damage inflicted. Crystals cannot be fixed if chipped or broken. 5) Linnea's Crystals is not to be held liable for damage of any sort of item(s) through the mail. 6) If a hold is placed on an item, Linnea's Crystals will only hold the item for 10 days. 7) When an order is placed, you have 3 days to pay the invoice or your order is null. 8) Custom Orders require a 15% deposit. 9) Linnea's Crystals does accept cash transactions but if you choose this method of payment you must come to Linnea's Crystals. Linnea's Crystals does not accept debit, credit or cheques in person. If you wish to use debit or credit as your payment method, these transactions will only be accepted through Paypal.
