Welcome to LisaEadiePT I am a born Territorian, Yogi and a self-confessed Foodie. I am a Certificate IV qualified Personal Trainer, with certification in Pilates, Yoga, Boxing and Les Mills Body Pump. I am currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Charles Darwin University and expect to graduate in June 2015. My approach to Personal Training is holistic and incorporates cardiovascular and strength training whilst emphasising functional movement and flexibility. I believe that exercise should be enjoyable and I strive to create innovative programs so that my clients look forward to their sessions with me each and every week. I ensure that my clients finish each session feeling empowered, motivated and loving their worked-out muscles!
