This chalet style year round lake front cottage is a little bit of heaven wrapped up in a vacation spot. Located on Round Lake, near Murphy's Point Provincial Park. Being within the Canadian Shield, this area is known for its beautiful topography with its rocky shores, gently rolling terrain and thousands of lakes. The area remains relatively undeveloped with over 70 percent of the surrounding area as Crown Land. There are miles and miles of trails and lakes to explore allowing you to experience a different adventure around every corner. Its a playground for every type of traveler! An intimate, private, romantic and clean cottage, with modern amenities. Situated on 4 acres of forested property with 1000 feet of clear swimmable quiet waterfront thats a perfect combination of sand and rock with no weeds. The open concept dining room, living room and kitchen makes for effortless hosting and creates a warm feel with natural lighting from tall windows that provides a stunning view of the lake and is surrounded by mature trees with patio doors leading to a large deck. Laundry room, full bathroom and a double futon bedroom located on the main floor - ideal for less mobile persons that struggle with stairs. The master bedroom and 2 smaller bedrooms can be found on the upper level. Each bedroom comes equipped with large closets and all share a central full bathroom. The stunning master bedroom has a queen bed with a panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding forest. Enormous windows with patio doors leading to a private balcony keeps you connected to nature, feeling like you're in your dream childhood tree house. The other bedrooms have a bunkbed (single top/double bottom) in one room and a double bed in the other. SUPPLIED: 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and paddles for each. 9 life jackets. A log bench swing positioned perfectly to capture amazing sunsets. Picnic table & 2 bench seats close by the waters edge. 2 hammocks & 4 resort quality lounge chairs. 9 adirondack style lawn chairs & 2 patio sets. Large gas BBQ. Fire pit: wood provided. Bedroom and bathroom linens. Childs booster seat. Satelite TV, DVD player, stereo. An assortment of DVD movies, board games, books and cross word puzzles. 2 hockey nets and a bucket of pucks. Lake is suitable for non motorized or small motorized boats. OFF SEASON RATES: October - May $4000.00 per month (4 weeks) $1500.00 per week (7 nights) $700.00 per weekend (2 nights) $100/additional day (depending on availability) ***COUPLES (2 persons) SPECIAL RATE**** (Off Season Only) $500 for a weekend or $1000 for a week long stay. $100 for each additional person upon approval of the owner. PEAK SEASON RATES: June - September & all holiday long weekends, Christmas Break & March Break. $6000.00 per month (4 weeks) $2000.00 per week (7 nights) $1000.00 per weekend (2 nights) $200/additional day (depending on availability) Check in: no earlier than 3pm (flexible depending on availability) Check out: no later than 12 noon (flexible depending on availability) 50% deposit due at time of booking. Remaining balance plus $500.00 damage deposit due 21 business days before occupancy. It is expected that the cottage be left in the same clean and tidy condition as when you arrive including removing your garbage. Failure to do so will result in using the damage deposit to have it returned to its original condition. OPTIONAL 14' JON BOAT RENTAL: Weekly: $500 for boat with oars and motor $250 for boat with oars only ($500 damage/security deposit required) Weekend: $250 for boat with oars and motor $100 for boat with oars only ($500 damage/security deposit required) OTHER OPTIONAL SERVICES: Cleaning Services $100.00 (regular indoor cleaning only) Garbage Removal $100.00 (maximum of 2 full size bags) Payments: INTERAC email money transfer.
