Our signature classes consist of: *TRXPRESS: a 45min full body workout that will transform the way you look and feel! *TRX: It's amazing what an extra 15 minutes can do. A little more challenge, a little more sweat, a lot more body changing in 60 mins. *TRX-PT: Check out our 1-hour introductory PT session with one of your Coaches to give you the extra attention you need. Designed to improve your TRX technique whether it's your first class or you just want to get back to the basics. live committed KIDZZONE For those of you with kids, we have a great kids zone where they are always welcome to come and play at whilst the big kids play on the straps. It is situated right next to where we train and they can chill out and watch a dvd, draw on the chalk tables, colour in or just simply play. There is no extra fee IT’S FREE! We have a rate to suit everyone’s needs as we believe in NO CONTRACTS EVER! *A casual rate of $20 per class, *UNLIMITED TRAINING for ONLY $32 per week, *10 pack for $120 with an expiry date of 6 months.
