Description

Order your French Macarons for any occasion. I cater to Birthdays, Weddings, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Baptisms or any other special event. WEDDINGS As a courtesy, I offer "Sample Tastings" done inside my home free of charge. A maximun of 5 flavours can be sampled. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking only if 200 pieces or more are ordered. Please contact me for more info or to book a date & time. FAVORS Choose how you'd like your favor wrapped for your special event. For clear plastic boxes sized 2x2x2 inches, with 1 regular sized macaron, ribbon & label the cost is $3.50 per favor. For clear cellophane bags, with 1 regular sized macaron, ribbon & label the cost is $2.50 per favor. MACARON TOWER RENTAL The macaron tower is a 10 tier stand made of light weight clear plastic specially designed to display the macarons upright. The tower can be customized to suit your event whether it being large or small and can display up to 237 macarons. Each tier can be easily separated to suit your event. The rental fee is $20.00. A refundable $100.00 deposit is also required upon rental. If set up is required at your event an extra $10.00 will also be applied. PRICING Standard Pricing: $12.50/per dozen Regular size or 18 Mini size. Please specify when ordering. Single orders of a dozen are also welcome. PICK UP & DELIVERY OPTIONS I work out of my home where orders can generally get picked up. I live in Transcona which for some people may be too far to drive. For those who would prefer delivery, a flat rate of $10.00 will be applied. Delivery available only within city limits. Please specify when ordering if you'd prefer "Pick up" or "Delivery". ALLERGIES & MAIN INGREDIENTS Please be aware that French Macarons are NOT suitable for anyone who has a nut allergy. These contain ground almonds, egg whites, granulated sugar, powdered icing sugar and food colouring. The filling is mostly made with either flavoured buttercream, ganache, jams or spreads. The majority of the flavours are Gluten-Free except any flavours that contain graham wafers, oreo cookies and cookie dough filling. Please let me know in advance to ensure that no macaron flavour contain any gluten in your order. For those who have an allergy to Dairy, an assortment of jams & spreads would be used as a substitution for the filling. STORAGE INFORMATION Macarons should always be stored in either the fridge or freezer and kept in an air tight container. Keep refrigerated for a maximum of 3 days or keep frozen for up to 2-3 months to maintain freshness. It is also recommended to allow 20 minutes or so for the macarons to stand at room temperature before serving. Keep away from any heat sources since any buttercream filled macaron can have the potential to melt and or spoil especially if cream cheese was used as part of the filling. ORDERING INFORMATION Please call or text for any stock availability. For any custom order of more than 100 pieces please allow a minimun of 2 weeks. Any order below 100 pieces please allow for 1 weeks notice. A minimum order of 1 flavour per dozen (12) or 18 Mini size is required.
