Welcome to Made With Pheness. I am a working mother who started making 'stuff' for my kids and friends in 2012, teaching myself to sew along the way! When I can fit it in, I take over the dining room table and sew my products for local markets and custom orders. I choose not to use licensed characters etc, as I prefer to use fabrics that appeal to a wider audience, and maybe with a bit of a vintage appeal. I want to create something a bit different, and I always aim to produce items of the highest quality. I generally sell my products through local markets in the Albury Wodonga area, which I will advertise through this FB page, or by taking direct orders. All items are 100% handmade, with their own individual character - just to add that little bit of finesse, or Pheness! General Information Orders All products shown are able to be made to suit you and your tastes. For example, though I may make something like a 'bus-pass holder' in children's fabric, it is also able to be made in a different fabric to be used as a luggage tag. I am happy to discuss particular fabric styles (eg floral, funky, classic, muted, bright) and colours to suit your requirements. I am also happy to make to individual matching sets (eg, back to school set of bookmark, pencil case, bus pass holder, book cover etc), or just a one-off. Just drop me a message either under a photo, or PM me for specific questions. Payments I accept Bank deposit on postal orders, or Cash payment on delivery to markets. If an item is not picked up at a requested market, I reserve the right to sell the item at a later date either online or at another market, however I will make all attempts to contact you first. I welcome any questions regarding payment so please feel free to ask. Postage Contact me for a quote for postage for your particular item/s. Most of the products I make will be able to be laid flat in a padded envelope or satchel, however some of the larger bags may need to be packaged as a larger parcel. Returns I offer returns on all my items if the item is faulty, wrongly described or of incorrect sizing. Please contact me asap to arrange refund. All items are of high quality fabrics and carefully & lovingly made. If for some reason you aren't satisfied, I ask you to first contact me for the issue to be resolved before giving me negative feedback on my Facebook page or publicly.
