By working together, I can help you achieve your goals. I have over 10 years of experience providing individual therapy to youth, adults and seniors, with diverse backgrounds and experiences. I am specialized in the area of Trauma, PTSD and dissociation, Sexual abuse, depression, grief, shame, and low self-esteem issues, anxiety, stress and anger management, sleep insomnia, women issues, youth issues, and suicidal ideation. I offer a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment that focuses on addressing your needs . I believe that the best way to achieve results in therapy is to build a strong therapeutic relationship. Once trust and security established, I can help guide you through some of your more difficult memories and start the healing process.
