This page provides information on opportunities for you to share your thoughts about key projects, plans and initiatives in the Maitland Local Government Area. This Facebook page is managed by Maitland City Council’s Engagement and Customer Relations team who will respond to your questions and comments during the hours of 9.00am-5.00pm. The page is also monitored outside of these hours. Unfortunately we cannot log Customer Service Requests on this page but you can log your request by calling 4934 9700. OUR HOUSE RULES We welcome your comments and do not discriminate against any views. We encourage you to discuss and share opinions with others and Council. In order to ensure our page is friendly and welcoming for all visitors, we do moderate where needed. We ask you to remember that if your contributions don’t comply with Facebook’s Terms (http://www.facebook.com/terms.php) or our House Rules then they (and you) may be removed. We ask that when contributing your views to our Maitland Your Say Facebook page, you note: 1. Posts of an obscene, offensive, aggressive or defamatory nature will not be tolerated. 2. If you don’t adhere to the house rules on more than two occasions you will be removed from the page. We may also remove comments and take the discussion 'offline' or into a private channel if we believe that the content is personal in nature, or is affecting the enjoyment of the page for other visitors.
