Description
The Manchester Homeless Services Center was created to further engage and connect homeless adults to essential services through the provision of a daytime shelter and service center. All services are provided on location. Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 1:00 pm & 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm for provider appointments/workshops. Coffee is available daily 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM Lunch is provided daily 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM Facilities: Throughout the day, guests have access to: - Showers - Laundry facilities - A secure place to store bags and personal belongings - Computers with high-speed internet Providers: Area providers affiliated with local agencies have two dedicated offices at the Center. Provider services include: - Mental health counseling - Nursing care - Substance abuse counseling - Veterans' assistance - Assistance with job searches and resume building - Transitional housing - SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
