My goal is to change the belief that ‘health’ is a static entity. Health is more than a lab value, a diagnostic image or a number on a scale. Health is a journey. It is a dynamic experience that involves hard work and individualization. There is no set destination, because there is always a better, stronger, faster, more intelligent, more efficient version of yourself. The goal is improvement, continual upward movement from wherever you are.
