Description
I didn’t look for photography, it found me. On just another seemingly ordinary day, whilst out in the ocean on my boat, I happened to notice the magnificent colours of a Mahi Mahi which I decided to capture on film. Soon enough this newfound love of the camera was to overtake my fishing and before I knew it I was experimenting with equipment, techniques and subjects. I now see life from a whole new perspective, finding a rich tapestry of beauty in all things. I’m particularly passionate about capturing emotionally charged moments in time whether it be the proud look on a mother’s face, the unexpected tear from a groom, or the awe inspiring majesty of a fully breached whale waving it’s pectoral fin in front of an iconic backdrop. I understand that as life goes by, our most enduring treasures are our memories and I hope to capture as many of these special moments as I possibly can.
