What if you had someone to guide you back to a healthier, happier, leaner version of yourself? At Me Time Fitness we put you first by teaching you to train smarter for better results. With two children and a university degree in Human Movement Studies (Exercise Science) I understand the stresses of pregnancy, birth and motherhood. My aim is to safely guide you through a journey to where you feel sexy, confident, energized, comfortable and strong. Imagine you lost that excess weight that you have slowly let creep onto your waist and butt? How would it feel to look in the mirror and be happy with the reflection? We all want to be a role model to our kids so let's get started on your journey to becoming a happier, healthier and more confident mum.
