Midtown Athletics is a training facility that combines strength-based movements and high intensity interval training (HIIT) to build a powerful but toned physique. Group workouts are 45 minutes in length and will include dynamic stretching and mobility exercises, compound lifts and HIIT (tabatas, AMRAPS, circuits, EMOMs, etc.) and will close with static stretching. Group workouts will be staggered throughout the day and are open to men and women of all fitness levels - from beginner to experienced athlete. The daily workout will be the same at all sessions and will be made available to those wanting to participate in "Open Gym" time. Open Gym times will be unsupervised for those not able to make it to a Athletic HIIT Class. The facility will be outfitted with Rogue Fitness Equipment and will have barbell rigs for compound movements, dumbbells, kettle bells, rowers, bands, boxes, medicine balls, turf and so much more - A playground for adults! Midtown Athletics is owned in conjunction with Midtown Martial Arts, a Tae Kwon Do school that is conveniently located in the same facility. We offer family discounts, joint membership discounts, and teacher discounts. No contracts. No enrollment fees. Ever.
